A very narrow, steep block in the heart of Indooroopilly with stunning views to bushland. This incredible 3 story home was one of the most challenging Jux has undertaken, however we are extremely proud of the outcome for our clients.
The 3 stories include 4 Bedrooms, 2 offices, 3 bathrooms and huge voids with open plan living to the kitchen and family room, opening seamlessly to the alfresco.
The lower floor is the kids retreat with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and study space. The middle level is the heart of the home with kitchen and family room and the upper level is the parents retreat with full office, walk in robe and ensuite. The use of Blackbutt timber adds warmth to the minimal black and white colour scheme, and suits our clients timeless modern style.
