The 10-Step New Build Process

Design

Congratulations on taking the next step in crafting your dream home. Feel free to engage your design team directly or alternatively, work with us to access a number of talented designers.
Let’s initiate our working relationship through a face-to-face meeting at our Display Home. It’s crucial both parties are compatible to ensure an enjoyable project journey.
Submission of your working drawings and any personal specifications so we can get cracking on compiling a reasonable build price suited to your budget.

Pre-Construction

Another client meeting is scheduled to present our transparent quotation and run through all expectations and questions you may have.
Engage in a Preliminary Contract including an initial deposit so we are able to undertake all adequate certifications, applications and approvals with your designated council.
Engage in a HIA Contract with 5% deposit of the total build price, followed by individual selections with our in-house Colour Consultant.

Build

Commencement of constructing you dream home (approximately 16-weeks) in conjunction with set stages, progress payments and strict quality assurance checks throughout.
Access to our onsite Supervisor and Builder John throughout your entire build experience, including regular onsite meetings as requested by you with until practical completion.

Handover & Maintenance

Coordination of a final onsite walk-through with Builder John to ensure both parties are satisfied with the finished product (also known as a ‘defects meeting’).
Final payment is received, followed by handover of your new keys, warranties and appliance instructions to ensure you’re comfortable in your new home.
