From concept to completion in December 2024, this 368m2 masterpiece emerged, showcasing a seamless blend of comfort, style, and personalized touches.

With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, there’s space aplenty for every member of the family. The master bedroom steals the spotlight, boasting a walk-in robe so spacious, it’s practically a room in its own right and a calm and relaxed ensuite.
Outside, the star attraction awaits – a magnificent 20-meter plus lap pool, heated to perfection for year-round enjoyment.
