Major Renovation & Addition – Designs by Sandra Smedley Building Design. What a challenge this renovation was – access to this home was really difficult, and for most of the construction the only access to site was by a single ladder.
We completed a major facade change, an old sun room / balcony was built in. Addition of master bedroom, ensuite & walk in robe. Full renovation of kitchen, bathroom, laundry, study, bedrooms and all new flooring. Huge thanks to our wonderful clients that were an absolute pleasure to work with.
