What a ride this home was to build. This is probably one of the hardest blocks of land we have ever had to build on, access was tricky as it was a single laneway and majority of deliveries were all hand unloaded – our staff, trades and contractors did an incredible job. Our clients Jason & Despina were absolutely fantastic to work with. This home is 4 levels on the side of a very step block. A Granny Flat on the lower floor, bedrooms and bathrooms on the 2nd floor. The third floor was Garage and Entry and the top floor was the kitchen and living area with stunning views to Brisbane City.
