Our clients sought to expand their home to accommodate their growing family, and we were privileged to bring their dreams to life. We elevated the existing structure, adding additional space both beneath and beyond its original footprint.
What was once a modest 3-bed, 2-bath home has been elevated into a spacious 4-bed, 3-bath sanctuary. The heart of the home now boasts a sprawling new living area and designer kitchen, embodying elegance and functionality. Gone are the days of trekking to an outdoor garage for laundry, convenience reigns supreme as the laundry now finds its place within the home.
Respecting the home’s heritage, we preserved its front façade, adhering to Character Code Overlays while infusing it with a fresh vitality through new cladding, paint, and a welcoming front entry.
To ensure the timeless beauty, we embraced a palette of neutral tones, accentuated by bold navy accents in the cabinetry, ensuring a harmonious blend of old-world charm and contemporary allure.
