Salaria Drive, Seven Hills

A challenging steep block was brought to life through a carefully considered knock down rebuild, resulting in a home that balances functionality, timeless design and quality craftsmanship. Designed by Pride Home Designs for a growing family, every detail was intentionally considered to create a home that feels both practical and elevated.

From the beginning, the project was shaped through a collaborative and transparent relationship with our incredible clients, who had a clear vision for the aesthetic they wanted to achieve. We worked closely together throughout the entire process, coordinating with both the clients and trades to ensure a seamless outcome across every stage of the build.

At the centre of the home, a custom kitchen featuring natural Viola stone and tailored joinery creates a warm yet sophisticated focal point for everyday living. Layered detailing throughout the interiors, including handcrafted wainscotting, picture rails and decorative finishes add texture and character throughout the home. Engineered timber flooring and honed marble tiling bring a subtle sense of luxury to the entry, laundry and bathrooms. The connection between indoors and out was equally considered, opening onto fully landscaped surrounds complete with French lay travertine paving and a custom-built BBQ area designed for relaxed entertaining.

Every selection in this home from the stone, lighting, paint colours, fixtures and fittings has been carefully executed.
